We have just published an updated Reunion Guide and Children's Guide with all the details you have have been wondering about, such as where you can park, when to check-in, what to bring
and wear, and expanded and updated schedules. Hard copies of both of these documents will be included in your reunion packets given to you when you check-in, so please be green and just read what you need on-line
Information that we would like to call to your attention:
Parking: If you are planning to drive and park you car, the complimentary parking lot for the 25th reunion is located on the rugby field at Harvard Athletics. Please turn intoGate 6
(off of North Harvard Street) and follow the signs to the 25th/35th parking area. You will find a student attendant who will give you a dash pass for your car and call a shuttle bus to take you, your family and your luggage to reunion headquarters. The student attendants are on duty until midnight. To get back to the athletic area and your car, please request a driver at the Headquarters. On Commencement Day there will be no shuttle service to or from the Harvard Athletic Area parking lot until 4:00 pm due to extremely heavy traffic.
Check-in: Reunion Headquarters is located in Phillips Brooks House in Harvard Yard. Upon arrival (after you have parked), check-in at reunion headquarters for your dorm assignment, name badge, and reunion packet with all the information and tickets you will need for the week. Student bellhops will be available to help you get to your dorm with all of your belongings. Here's amap of the yard in case you need a refresher.
Dorm Assignments: Are available at check-in: Sorry that we can't give them to you beforehand.
What to wear: All events are casual with 2 exceptions:
1. Commencement - business casual dress or jacket and tie for men
2. Saturday Night Gala at MFA - cocktail attire
In addition, comfortable walking shoes are definitely recommended. For those of you who might have forgotten the mercurial nature of New England weather, you may wish to remember to bring sweaters, sweatshirts, windbreakers and rain gear, especially an umbrella! Since some portion of each evening will be spent on grass, low-heeled shoes are recommended for women.
